José Mourinho and miCoach, the adidas personal coaching service, put media through their paces at the Real Madrid Alfredo di Stefano Training ground with the introduction of miCoach Coaching Circles. A new addition to the popular miCoach.com online training platform, Coaching Circles enables a coach or trainer to review and manage the progress of his or her athletes over the web. Coaches and trainers can analyse athletes' performances in detail, provide immediate feedback and motivation as well as remotely tailor individual training plans to best meet their athletes' needs and abilities.
