adidas and AC Milan present the Rossoneri away jersey for the 2015/16 season
Away jersey design
White as the jerseys of the Club's most important international victories, the away jersey features a V-neck collar and a special pattern on the front, which is consistent with the latest styles of AC Milan and Casa Milan, the brand new Rossoneri headquarter. The red striped pattern is inspired by images which are "shuffled over time" and are a symbol of dynamism and movement.
The adidas logo and three stripes are grey, while the sleeve cuffs and hem are dark red.
The new away jersey, just like all the other AC Milan kits for the 2015/2016 season, features a tag with the Italian tricolor and a reference to the colours of Expo2015 to pay tribute to the city of Milan which - from 1st May to 31st October 2015 - is home to the world exhibition bound to attract millions of visitors from all over the world.
The names and the numbers of the players are written in Milan Type. The shorts are white with three grey stripes. The AC Milan logo is featured on the front, whereas the grey adidas logo is on the back. The new Rossoneri uniform is completed by white socks boasting grey details.
The new Authentic uniform will allow players to be faster and more comfortable on the field. It is made using a lightweight fabric which increases breathability by providing greater freedom of movement as well as comfort without sacrificing flexibility and resilience.
The Replica jerseys, on the other hand, feature the climacool ventilation technology designed to help keep your body cool and dry through holes, breathable materials, fabrics and special stitchings.
On 28th July the whole first team and the coach Sinisa Mihajlovic will visit the adidas Football Base in Shanghai and the main local and international key media as well as hundreds of fans, influencers and freestylers will be there to welcome them.The AC Milan players will be able to enjoy the Football Base experience taking part in a series of football-related activities and they will briefly play in the special 2vs2 field set up in each Football Base.At the end of the event they will go back to their hotel to get ready for their last session of training before the match against Real Madrid, scheduled as part of the International Champions Cup 2015.
