adidas Gamedayplus Speak to Lacazette and Gaitan Ahead of Round Two
Today adidas Football released the second episode of their UEFA Champions League show Gamedayplus. The episode features Olympique Lyonnais stars Alexandre Lacazette and Maxwell Cornet and a closer look at both the adidas Snapshot app and the new ACE 15+ Primeknit boots with Benfica midfielder Nicolas Gaitan.
Lacazette is the king of causing chaos from long distance with some of the most jaw dropping goals in Ligue 1 to his name. He teaches Gamedayplus how to use speed and technique to beat a defender, and, once you have that space, how to leave the goalie with no chance.
The episode also gives an exclusive look at Benfica's 360S training facility, as Nicolas Gaitan and the ACE 15+ Primeknit take on the facility's LED player simulation in the "control challenge". Do Gaitan and the ACE 15+ Primeknit have the control needed to beat the 360S' computerised opponents?
Gaitan also takes to the training ground to show off the latest version of the adidas Snapshot app. The app allows you to test your shot power and share your results online. Download the app today at the app store.
Finally, adidas Gamedayplus asks Maxwell Cornet "what's in his locker" with a series of training ground stunts and trick shots.
Episode II also includes a sneak peak of the upcoming FC Bayern Munich special, featuring Manuel Neuer, Thomas Mueller, Arjen Robben and David Alaba ahead of its release on 29th September.
