adidas Celebrates its Members With a Week of High-Profile Drops and Activations on CONFIRMED

Since relaunching in 2020, adidas’ CONFIRMED app has served as the brand’s go-to hub for highly sought-after products and elevated content. Uniquely community focussed by nature, the platform gives users a fast, fair, and secure way to purchase exclusive releases from the Three Stripes, while simultaneously offering an unrivaled digital experience – brought to life through engaging stories crafted with the brand’s top creators.

Shining a light on all that CONFIRMED has come to represent, between April 1st and 7th, the platform is set to play host to adidas’ Members Week celebrations. Organized as a seven day continuous event, Members Week is a festival of new releases, never-before-seen content, and unexpected surprises, which will also mark the introduction of the adiClub – a revamped vision of the Creators Club that enables members to earn points across the brand’s connected ecosystem.

Kicking things off in style, Members Week sees the brand reintroduce its iconic “Into the Metaverse” NFTs with a raffle across eight markets – USA, UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Canada, and Japan. First sold on December 17th 2021, the celebrated NFT project was created in collaboration with influential pioneers in the community – Bored Ape Yacht Glub, gmoney, and the team behind PUNKS Comic. Recognized as one of the most adventurous projects around, for the first time ever, fans of the brand will have the opportunity to win one of 50 available NFTs – for free. CONFIRMED users will be able to enter the draw on April 1st, with the winners being announced on April 4th.

Meanwhile, for the first time ever, CONFIRMED is set to arrive in real life in Paris, London, Berlin, NYC and Tokyo – bringing together the adidas community by seamlessly bridging online and offline spaces. More information will be revealed on the app and through adidas’ social media channels in the coming days.

Celebrating women and self expression, adidas is also hosting a programme of empowering events and activations on CONFIRMED, headlined by: the re-introduction of the S.E.E.D. initiative and an editorial focussed on inclusive sizing with footwear consultant Jazerai Allen-Lord and blogger Julia Deboss.

Bringing further excitement and intrigue to the week-long event, CONFIRMED will be the sole place to access a series of high-profile product launches:

  • Inspired by 80s football and terrace fashion with a utilitarian spin, the A.B.Gazelle Indoor by Blondey is a bold new update to a timeless classic.   • The quintessentially subversive expression of the adidas Originals brand returns with an exclusive pre-release of Blue Version Spring/Summer 2022 Drop 2. Refusing to stand still, the collection defiantly reimagines archival looks for tomorrow, making carefully calculated, yet viscerally evocative, nods to key moments from the brand’s late 20th century repertoire.
