Launching Four New ZX 2K Sneakers for the Fall/Winter 2020 Collection

  • 25-SEP-2020

Since its original launch in 1984, the adidas Originals ZX series has been at the cutting edge of running shoe design. While ZX has often stood proud as adidas’ proving ground for new tech, today the brand flips this rich history of innovation on its head, celebrating the uniquely satisfying qualities of the ZX 2K silhouettes. Reimagining the next generation of ZX through a unique lens, adidas Originals’ latest campaign champions comfort in whatever form it takes. Alongside the latest campaign, the brand is launching four new ZX sneakers, bringing two striking color updates to the ZX 2K BOOST and ZX 2K FLUX models respectively.

Innovated for the ultimate squish, adidas Originals brings two bold new colourways to the ZX 2K BOOST model. Each pair features wrapped BOOST tooling as well as striking ombre color-palettes. First up, the women’s exclusive model is comprised of a clean white mesh upper with a vivid gradient sole that transitions from shock pink to blue. Then, the men’s pair takes the forward thinking look to a comfy new dimension with a white mesh upper, contrasting stripes that transition from blue to solar red, and a matching gradient sole.

Then, turning to the ZX 2K FLUX model, adidas Originals celebrates the surreal with wraparound gradients and splashes of colour. First, the women’s exclusive model features a white mesh upper with contrasting black stripes, blue hits, shock pink accents, and an all-white Adiprene X outsole. Meanwhile, the men’s pair features a white mesh upper with contrasting shock pink stripes and a gradient outsole which transitions from shock pink at the toe to blue at the heel.

More squish, more squeeze, more comfort. The next chapter of ZX launches globally on October 1st 2020.
